When your fluffy isn’t quite right, it’s time to look at the whole picture.

Not sure where to start? We’ll guide you every step of the way.

Every fluffy is different.

Some come to us with one clear concern. For others, it’s a collection of little things — itchy skin, tummy troubles, stiffness, anxiety, changes in appetite or simply not seeming quite themselves.

We take the time to look at the whole picture and understand what may be going on for your fluffy.

What to expect at your first visit

• Tell us about your fluffy
As part of the booking process, you’ll complete a consultation form about your fluffy’s history, current concerns and what you’ve been noticing. This helps Dr KK understand their story before your first visit.

• Understanding your fluffy’s history
We take the time to understand what’s been happening, what you’ve noticed and what may be contributing to how your fluffy is feeling.

• A whole-body assessment
Dr KK carries out a TCVM assessment, looking at the whole picture rather than focusing on just one symptom.

• A tailored plan
From there, we create an individualised plan for your fluffy, which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, food therapy, Tui-Na or MPS.

• A calm, unhurried experience
We give your fluffy time to settle and work at a pace that suits them, helping them feel calm, safe and comfortable.

Because the best care starts with understanding your fluffy as an individual.
